White Electra LP



So what I'm wondering is- what is this? the type style indicates early Electra, it looks in every respect like a black Electra LP I have, which I'm going to vote against being a PCM Electra.



SO does that make this an early White Zephyr? That's the only white Electra LP I can find, but those have maple fretboard and neck, this is rosewood and...something. Maybe early white Zephyrs had rosewood fretboards, or... maybe this is some model older than the 71 catalogs we have?

I'll post some clearer shots when I can take some.

From what I gather on the Electra History page, the Logos (lettering itself) was the same for both STL and PM, only the HS shape and on some models the huge "X" in the middle of the peghead.

The HS on that lp looks closer to that of the the PM version (which also reminds me of the early Hondos along with the truss cover).

It's times like these I miss having E-man lurking in the background.

In any case, have fun with the new project!
