Greetings All...

I'm new here but not new to Electra. Long story/short... I stopped by an out of the way pawn shop yesterday while working and low and behold... an Electra MPC (X330?) with two modules and original Electra branded hard case at a give way price. Most of Gold has rubbed off and 5 way is non functional, but looks good otherwise. They wouldn't take checks or plastic so I had to give them cash to hold it until I get back through there next week.

Funniest Part is... About 12 years ago I bought a black x-310(?) at the same place with only one module and a cardboard case for more than I paid for this one! Traded that one toward a Ric that I "had" to have, for at least two songs!! HA.

Look forward to visiting here often as I decide what to do with this one (keep... trade... restore... but never "sell")

I won't have it "In-Hand" until nest week, but I will definately post pics!

After some research I believe it to be an x-340 because of the 1-finish (dark wood, natural or stained finish); 2-gold hardware

I have never seen this type of case before, though: tan rectangular form-fit with Electra logo, very nice case actually with two case pockets inside.

As I said the 5-way didn't function, but the action was good. didn't get to plug in because I was in a hurry.

That is the Electra case that was available at the time; my X330 from 1979 came new in the same type case.
