I have an early 8o's model X935 I bought off one of my dads friend for around 70.00. Its a burst finish; smoke/black, all brass hardware, open humbuckers, two push/pull tone switches, 22 fret, neck through body wave style head stock.. It looks alot like an Endorser except it does not have the 2 toggle switches next to the push/pull switches.
There is a brass plate on the back of the head stock reading
"X935, 0039 Made by Electra. Commemorating the 60th Anniversary of the SLM 1922-1982". If some has some good info on this model I'd like to know myself. I've had it for a littel over 10 years and I'm just now getting curious about its history.
