I'm not the expert, just taking it from the info on the Electra Guitar Pages (as I understood it anyway).

Very sorry to hear about your cat, that's a blow for sure.

Hmmmm.... the X198 is the Westone Spectrum LX with the Bendmaster FT bridge and behind-the-nut stringlock with H/S/H pickups and a bolt neck, whereas the X199 is the Spectrum FX which has a set neck with the FT gear.
The Spectrum GT was the Westone version of the X185, with bolt neck, H/S/H and a 2 post Bendmaster Precision bridge with no stringlock
The Electras never had the floating bridge with fine tuners and stringlocks, as far as I know and the Phoenix model numbers don't include the X198 designation..... as far as I could see!

Right on John, the X198 was a Westone.

So anything marked "Electra/Westone" couldn't be an X198. Am I correct bout this?
