just purchased a new/old electra Guitar Vulcan X-930 Serial # 005025 was wondering what year this would be? I can not seem to find any serial # information on the electra's

That would translate to a manufacture date of May 1980

Thank you. Is there a good website for infomation on these? I also have an electra working man x-280 sn: 082261 that I purchased in 81 or 82 that I was looking to get more information on

How do you determine to date from the #s
