I searched these hallowed halls for answers to this, haven't seen any. The MPC connecters, the blue connectors. On the far right side of each clip, they have two digits on the them, one of mine has a "79" and the other has a "77". Are these referring to years, is it a year date of manufacture (of the blue clips, anyhow)?

Very possible it's Amphenol's date code. A quick survey of the original edge connectors I have available to me would support this as possible, if not likely.

Checked this past weekend -

Both the X340 and the X330 have "77" on the connectors.

This is what I expected.

All but three of my MPC models match the white tags as well with the exceptions only a year off.

I checked connectors and date for both were 77, thanks for the info. Now I know year made.
