Here's a diagram for installing coil tap and phase on a two-humbucker guitar- pretty much the same as for an H-S guitar (except you don't coil tap a single coil).

One thought would be to replace the pots with pull-switch pots for the coil tap and phase- and while you're at it, replace the selector switch and output jack as well. Then just disconnect the pickups and remove the wiring harness as a whole piece. That way, should you ever change your mind, you can always reconnect it (that would also make the restorer happy too).

I love this guitar though.. I really do. Its without a doubt the best tele i've played. What I probably love about it most is that iit gets some of the same tones jimmy page got with his tele, im a hopeless zeppelin fan....

Im pretty clueless on what the best setup would be for this guitar even after lookin at the diagram i go to both sites and get a little lost. What would you guys go with, you guys are definantly as professional as i'd ever like to be
