Got it off the 'bay....hopefully an acceptable risk for the amount...I have two Electras...Omega and an Outlaw, and visiting here inspired me to get a Phoenix or Spectrum...as well as a visit to the Westone site.

I hope the tremolo bridge isn't too painful to deal with....apparently these have a push-pull coil tap...heard good things about the UBC humbuckers, but will be curious to see how the single coils perform.

the tremolo should be good, is it the post-type? is it set up for free-floating? if so, one of the most important things is to give it a wiggle to recenter it any time you ever tune it. over time it'll tend to recenter by itself but its important to dot aht to keep the tuning from driuving you crazy. but these bendmaster bridges are excellent and should serve you well.

I'll know more and post pix when I get it....I just won it last nite...glad to hear the trem will work well....I'm cool with them and their foibles...I have a Gretsch, Strat, Jazzmaster.
