I've got a thing for Electra's, but my Omega seems different. Instead of the infamous 5-way (or however many ways it works), it has a three way switch like a Lester should have. All original (except the pickguard I installed) and open book headstock style. Anyone see one similar? I wonder if it is a very early model, set neck, cherry sunburst and all..

That is very possible it is an aftermarket, but if it is they used an old switch as the tip is aged to the same tone as the binding. The wiring all looks original or at least old. The ring is definitely replacement but much newer. Thirty years ago, who knows whtat they were thinking. Still, veneer flame top or not, it is a hell of a guitar. It isn't a Gibson, but a darn fine axe none the less.
