I have owned 3 non MPC Electra Guitars. I bid and won a MPC off Ebay yesterday. Has anyone seen a MPC with a 3 way toggle (like a Les Paul) rather than the 5 way selector?

Looks like the wiring was modded for the 3-way. Hopefully the MPC circuits are intact. If not, schematics are on the Electra site. I like the rotary, you get two options you don't normally get: both in series (1) and both parallel out of phase (5), or something like that. A guy who lives near me and who is a key contributor to this site (Thorny) has fixed a lot of these, you could get it to him if it comes to that.

Pickups (at least bridge) may not be original, but you scored with the MPC modules, the Flanger is kind of rare and is usually expensive.

Ah...very cool. You should definitely have John take a look at your new axe when it arrives. He lives in Newburgh as well. Are you in a local band?
