Got bored so I took apart my 1982 Thunder(in need of a service) and the neck socket has a code in it it reads 62-11235 the Stamped Neck Serial Number is 2112077

Don't know much about bass pickups are these normal?

They're not quite like the pickups in the Spectrum bass I serviced recently. Are those PCBs in the pic?

Mmmm! Bass pickup sandwich.

Plastic - Winding - Plastic - PCB with 2 oblong magnets attached either side of 4 adjustable poles.

Behind Neck Plate the original colour of the wood before it tobacco stained with time and use.
