Hello, I recently came into posession of a very nice Electra 2261 Tri tone bass with the OHSC. In my search for information, I found this site. I cannot find any serial numbers. Can anyone help me date this bass? Thanks!

Exact dating of early models is unsure, but most likely it was made somewhere around 71-75.

We'd love to see pics!

A couple of dings but overall nice for it's age. These were taken before I got to clean it up. It has the correct Electra case (I can't recall the model number) in 95% condition.

I have a 2261 that I am starting to clean up .. I will have to post some pics here soon .. may need some help with parts.. tuning nobs, etc.. have to plug it in to see if it even works !!
