1984 Electra Westone Phoenix, probably an X199 at a quick look. As for history, go back to the page and check out the actual model page as well as the "Electra History" page...all questions should be answered.

I have one with the exact same headstock that is an 84, but I've been told the last digit of the serial number indicates the year of production which in your case would be 85. I also have an 86 with the exact headstock except the lettering is white and it says Westone Phoenix. I think there was a lot of crossed parts used in these years. Just my two cents worth......
