I wanted to post to tell how I came across what I think is a pretty great deal. Cutting to the chase. This past weekend I stop buy a garage sale here in Atlanta and the man having the garage sale has two x260's for sale (had bought them way back when for his son's blah blah blah ). One is going for $50 the other is going for $100. He has an amp set up incase you want to try out the guitars. Did I ever! Having had a roommate that had one of these guitars I figured I'd give them a shot. I now know why the $50 was going for that much. Apart from some minor scrathes and dents this guitar sounds to have some electrical issues, although I do not think them to be major. It also has the top switch (the one with the plastic tip) broken, yet still accessable. The $100 guitar is mint. Played sweet looks great everything original etc etc etc. I do have some questions though about the guitars and was hoping someone here might help me out.

First Up the $50 Guitar:

1- Serial # is 010006
2- Seems a tad lighter in weight than the other guitar.
3- What I found odd was that the "Electra" name is done in a cream color lettering, However the other guitar has the "Electra" name done in that really pretty 'rainbowie inlay' way- if that makes any sense.

As for the $100 Guitar:

1- Serial # is 005139
2- Barring any hidden issues it is as good as new. Which also stikes me as weird since they both came from the same house. Oh well.

I will get some pictures sent here so others can check them out. I'm assuming that a really great guitar shop should be able to fix any problems and find and replace the switch for me. If others know of a way to get some parts please let me know. Thanks. Vic
