I traded a nice Yamaha bass for my X260 (my first Electra!). I also recently got a band going again and we have a lead guitarist. He played my X260 last night and was blown away at how it felt. It needs a little work, but I only adjusted the intonation when I got it and changed the strings. He's got 5 different guitars himself (Fender, a few Ibanez's, and an ESP).

Electras tend to surprise a lot of people, especially the ones who initially turn up their noses at an unfamiliar name on the headstock. I would not trade my LP and SG-style Electras for their Gibson counterparts.
