I really wanted to play it, so I just put a generic neck on it.
It sounds great. It doesn't really look like a white zephyr anymore, but If I ever find the neck I can put it all back. It took awhile to cut the neck into the tiny neck pocket Electra used, but it came out nice.



I'm thinking about going with this head stock logo (it's just paper taped on). I'll probably just have it cut into vinyl by one of those vinyl lettering places. I'm not really interested in inlaying it right now. Besides, If the neck becomes permanent I'm going to want to put binding along the finger board anyway.



I'm kind of curious. How many other not stock guitars are there out there. The other two Electras I have are stock, but the neck I put on this one plays alot nicer than the other two. Has anyone else modified these guitars.
