Well folks, I gave up on finding just the right 710 for myself and grabbed up this near mint 740 instead. I really wanted the first one with the logo beneath the tailpiece...but danged if I don't think that I like this maple one even better after all. It's condition is amazing. I was real happy when I wrestled it out of the shipping box and opened the case. But even so...after playing it for a couple hours, I think just one Outlaw is gonna be enough for me. What do you think of it? Total outlay was 535.00 shipped with hardcase, and no modules came with it.

Note...Proendorser, I added the price paid so you'd have it for the selling price listing. Even though it wasn't an eBay sale, I thought you may want to add it since these don't come up for sale very often.

A steal for one in this condition; hope you can find some MPC modules for it, if you haven't already.

8)  Thats a great score on a very nice outlaw. I like the natural finish also but for now I can be happy with my X730. This one looks really nice so congrats on a great find.

I must confess that I like the looks of the Maple Laminate Outlaw version, and you don't see them too often. I think they were the only Outlaws with a Tortoise pickguard. Being all Maple, I'm curious how much it weighs? Enjoy it.

I'm curious how much it weighs?

It's a hefty 9 pounds 7 without modules loaded. It sure feels a handful.

I have seen a lot and owned several outlaws in my time and that one has got to be the nicest looking one I have seen.

NICE!

Great looking guitar but are you sure the modules weigh in at a pound each?

I'm betting that was 9 lbs. 7 oz.

No way the modules weigh a pound a piece.....
