Good stuff, congrats. I've always liked the Walnut X200's, and I tell ya, the natural Vulcan is growing on me.

They're all very different in terms of sound, feel etc. Oddly enough, for pure output I think the 2245 takes the cake. For versatility the Ultima and X140 are sort of tied (the MPC in the Ultima give it an unfair advantage) and for pure playing pleasure the PEQ. I'm pretty sure I don't like the rotary switch on the Vulcan - I think I would like that guitar a lot more with a 3 way - but I won't change it. Maybe I'll get used to it. Unfortunately, due to continuing unemployment I have to consider any/all offers for any one of these guitars. (there... I said it........F@%K!!) PM if interested.

Hey man we're all sorry to hear about your situation, you'll have to take my word that things are pretty bad here in the big mitten too. Post here or PM me with what you're looking to get for them. Hopefully we can help you find a home for a couple of them. Mike.

I think things are actually worse in the mitten. I was there for the first Rothbury fest in '08 and things were starting to melt down there already.

I don't really want to sell any of them. I think I have to keep the X270 and Ultima. Like the nitwit I am, I just bought an X330. I'm thinking in order of what I'd have to divest first it would be Vulcan, X140, 2245, x185, Ultima and Power EQ. The Ultima and PEQ both have OHSC and are darn near in perfect condition. I paid a fairly hefty sum for each - being in such good shape and relatively hard to find. Having said that, the X140, 2245 and X185 are all in really good condition too. I have new cases - one that would fit the X140 or X185, and one for the 2245. It's hard for me to put a price on any of these - so I'd prefer to just get offers. I've improved each and every one - some just a tweak, and some a good deal more than that. Honestly, I'd rather sell my '04 faded SG with case or MIJ Squier Strat with fender case/vintage noiseless pups first. They would be $700 and $475. I'm the second owner of the SG and original owner of the Strat.

The Vulcan I could let go for $425 - no case or modules. Aarghhh!!!!
