I just saw this in the latest Premier Guitar Jan 2012 issue -

Paul Yandell passed away in Nashville on Nov 21, 2011 at the age of 76;
He was a well known session artist in Nashville and played with Chet Atkins for 24 years -

He was also an Electra artist and was pictured in the 1977 Electra Catalog - bottom row in the middle -

I hope he's in a better place and has an Electra in hand right this very moment.
