Hey guys..If you had to choose what would you take.A x230 or magnum 2257.

The X230 (Omega) was made from roughly 1975 to 1980, late enough production to have very consistent build quality, and has a set neck... game, set, match.


(Edit: some may prefer the more traditional 2 vol/2 tone/ 3 way selector that the 2257 has, as for me, I'll take the set neck)

Proendorser good points ....is the x230 mats made and the 2257 kasuga made.I read the super magnum 2258 is Kasuga I wonder about how quality compares.I'm sure they are both good guitars.Just haven't had a chance to play either.

Both are superb players and have great tone but I do believe the Omega edges out the other as it is a set neck and also has the color switches and 5 way for more tonal variations but I like them both.
