Just saying....

Played my Gibson SG for a little bit last night then picked up the 2264 and man the difference was amazing. Very fat and sustained sound, smooth and so much MoJo compared to the SG.

That's awesome.

My X240 amazes me like that, and my X930.

I have an SG, too. Love mine, it has 57 Classics which probably help it.

Yeah but technically the SG has the Gibson logo so it has to be better said the Sheep. :lol:

I am curious, I have owned two bolt on MIJ guitars. I had to shim the necks on both of them to get my action right. Is this common and did you shim your neck as well? Thanks

I have a 2255 that had a shim under the neck, it had heavy strings and I think the previous owner was playing cowboy cords. I put a set of 9s on and took the shims out.
