I bought this type guitar(my first) way back in the late 70's from a music store in Houston. Using Herons page I believe my guitar is this model. Looks are right and descriptions are dead on. The bridge that came with the guitar had nylon/plastic tuner pieces whereas a Gibson bridge uses solid brass or metal. I replaced the bridge hoping for a brighter sound. Besides, the nylon pieces were wearing down in the string grooves. Can anyone tell me if the original stock model came with the plastic/nylon bridge piece? Also I am missing the pickguard, can I find one and where. Lastly, who can asses value??? Thanks
