Anybody have one of these? It seems weird only because i haven't seen another since. Is it the best kept secret in the world, or completley weird

The only Electra model with that configuration was the X195.

I've got one and love it to bits; it has an MMK45 in the middle and can do all of the usual noises, plus some all of its own!! Skinny frets take a little getting used to, is my only issue with it!
Mine is a bit special because early on in here I was bemoaning the fact that I would never ever in all liklihood see one, and Paul Clark - X189player - sent me one. Just like that. I sppose he had it laying about as it has seen some action, but because of its provenance to me, I'll never restore it; just play it and enjoy it!!

Westone had a version, too; the Thunder III, version 3 which has a carved top and was available only in white. I have never seen that one, but one of the Westone forum lads has played one and doesn't rate it... YMMV!
