It's difficult to be definitive, but it looks like a mid 70's 2275, although it has some differences to the one shown on the index page:

But that is to be expected when you've got multiple manufacturers working for multiple distributors. That logo disappears from SLM by 1976, could have been used by PCM for longer. The pictures don't show a clear shot of the neck plate, which would sometimes have the model number stamped into it. Over the past year these have sold for between $180 and $320 on eBay, again, there is a wide variety of versions sporting the 'Electra' name, and the Natural finish ones seem to have found a special place with collectors.

As stated by others, the Phoenix models are more consistent, more versatile and can be accurately dated by the serial number on the back of the headstock... you know pretty much exactly what you're getting. I would humbly suggest looking for a X130 (Dual Humbucker version with coiltap, Ash body), which can be often snagged for $150 - $200. I personally prefer the older models with a pickguard, even though the later models had the 'string through' bridges.

If you're really sold on the 'Strat' body and three single coils, wait for a peacesign logo model to come up. That will prove that it is a SLM Electra, and will only help you sell it when/if you ever want to. Just my two cents. Cheers, Mike.

I have a natural strat with the exact same script inlay. I'm sure it's a SLM as the '77 catalog shows the "Flying Wedge" with the same script on the truss rod cover. Also, I have a tele with the same truss rod cover as the one you're looking at. So, I would put it as a '73-'75.
