No mirrors, nuthin' up my sleeve  Someone suggested maybe a lefty neck was used by accident, but all other aspects of neck are right handed-I have no idea.... :-?

Cool! They wanted to make sure you knew what you were playin' (so you can look down on it and read the logo while playing). No doubt inspired by the guy that started people writing "AMBULANCE" backwards on the front of the ambulances so that it would read properly when viewed through the rear view mirror. That's my story at least. :-?

Nice - another one off or mistake. Excellent find. And a particularly nice Elvin Bishop model.

The only lefty MPC that's ever surfaced also had the wave headstock shape reversed. I think this is just a mistake by a guitar factory employee. Either it wasn't caught at the quality control inspection, or they decided it wasn't worth wasting an otherwise good guitar. It might have been sold as a factory 2nd.

I think the guitar is beautiful, and I like seeing quirky issues like this. It makes for an easily identifiable instrument. I love it!

2nd that, love the factory "oops" guitars! It's one of kind. Probably. Depends on how much sake was flowing that day in Japan. :D

Great finish, should that model have the brass nut or could you get them both ways?
