I have absolutely no Idea what model this is. All I know is it's old someone help??

It looks like you are trying to post a picture from your computer. If you put it up at a photo sharing site (like photobucket etc) and post it from their link you will have better luck. You can also do a search on this site for posting pictures and you can get better direction.
