Painted body or stock? Index of models says so but have we seen one?

I have only seen one in black before. this one looks all original but would need a close look inside the cavity to be certain. The other black one I saw was a Westone so most likely only a few out there.

Didn't the Dynasty's have a pointy headstock too..? This one has a phoenix shape.

If you look at Mick's model index/identification page, you see that the XV2RD did come with the Phoenix headstock before transitioning to the pointy headstock. We have not seen the XV3GR Dynasty with the Phoenix headstock, only pointy.

That is an odd ball. I haven't seen a black '84 Electra/Westone, especially with that Phoenix headstock like Mike pointed out earlier.
