I wish I could upload a pic of my LP Custom (advice on how to do that?)..

I have never seen another Electra quite like mine and would like to get some input from you experts. I have a black Electra LP Custom that features the Gibson Headstock with the Electra "Peace Sign" logo like the one at the top of the page on this forum as I type.

I have customized every bit of it over the years because I love it so much. New diMarzio pickup with custom wiring and three mini-toggles, new Schaller tuners, graphite nut, etc.

It would warm my heart to know the details behind it.

Mark

ps I should say specifically it is NOT an MPC model

Hi Mark,

Best way is to open an account at http://www.photobucket.com. Then you can upload your pics there. Photobucket site will give you the necessary link codes. You can copy those codes and paste them here, directly into your messages.

Thanks

Looks like a Super Rock 2242. You can see the Electra Site page on this guitar here:

http://www.rivercityamps.com/electra/2242.php

The non-wave headstock just means it is an earlier specimen, but I think it can be counted as a 2242 no matter what style headstock you get.

Hope that helps!

Matthew

Thanks! I guess I didn't realize that there were different headstocks for the same model. I assumed the different headstocks represented differnt models.
