Hey everyone, I have this bass, it was bought by my dad, I think in the early 70's but not too sure. I cant find any serial numbers, all I know is it is an Electra and was made in Japan....

You are correct. Electa is a different brand... what can we find out about them?

I hear claims of them being a cousin of Ibanez... made by Fujigen, in that case.

I believe there is also a modern brand called Eleca, adding to the confusion.
