My neck pick is A mmk53 10.83 ohm. my bridge pick up is A DDL 7.32 ohm. what should they be?

If I am not mistaken both should be MMK45s but Pro Endorser has more knowledge than I do on these models. If you ask I am certain he should know as he has this model.

I just had some of my pickups waxed, and they spec'd out at about 13-14K (Bridge). Sounds like you could have a coil that isn't working, or possibly the singlecoil switch/wiring is bad..? You do see the MMK45's on eBay from time to time, although they will usually have black bobbins. The Endorser was one of very few models that used 'creme' bobbins. I don't think anyone would hold it against you if you slipped a black pickup in there!

I don't know what a 'DDL' is, somebody probably replaced the bridge pickup, both pickups should be the same (I have two Endorsers with MMK53's, and one with MMK45's). The neck pickup (usually) has three leads (plus the ground braid), whereas the bridge pickups usually had four leads (for phase reversal). If someone has been in there, there's a good chance the push/pull switches have been deactivated (common unfortunately), I think the wiring diagram for the coilcut/phase harness is on the site somewhere. Give a holler if you can't find it or need any more information, Mike.
