Nice - I may re-visit my wiring since it seems there's a ghost of output on one coil and full output on the other in my "single coil" mode.

reading back thru the thread again i noticed you mention the neck pickup is a 2-wire.

i think you might find that pickup is actually a 3-wire, using the shield as ground, one wire (red maybe?) as a center tap , and the other wire (white?) as output .

you might find your ghost around there

Right - I'll check that too - I never count the braid as a wire - but I should.
