I know these instruments came with 150K pots but what would be the result if a different value pot were used such as 250k or 500K? Also, how could an LED indicator for the MPC effects be wired in using the modified diagram on this site? I recently purchased a Model 610 Bass that had been gutted of it's MPC electronics and intend on replicating the white Electra bass the Chris Squire has. Does anyone know why it's different than the production models I've seen? I have an MPC guitar as a donor for the electronics and intend this to be pretty much like Squires(except for the ugly BadASS bridge). I'll be using the new Hipshot Ricky replacement.
