Now, I've put this info up over at Westone because it's more relevant there, but I need a part for a Bendmaster FT bridge - doesn't everybody!! - and was having a rummage around in the local music shops spares box when I came upon a bridge that to all intents and purposes was initially identical. It wasn't quite right but my point is that the store owner said that it came off a Hohner super strat of the same era as our beloved Matts; this bridge has more similarities than differences and maybe was copied from Tom's design?!

The (offset) saddles are an identical in length and width to the Bendmaster FT, the only point of difference being where the intonation screw threads into the saddle, it is a little chunkier!! One is already on its' way to the US as we speak to the owner of a Electra X199- the shop owner gave me the bridge! - so I'm passing on the goodwill!

There ARE substitutes out there, gentlemen - we just have to find 'em!!!
