I was using my X640 at band practice last night and at some point, somehow, one of the mini toggle switches has gotten bent. It still works, but it's out of alignment with the other two now and it bugs me to look at. Is there anything I can do about it? I don't want to try just bending it back and risk snapping it off.

The way I look at it you could *carefully* try to bend it back or replace it with something similar. I don't know what else you can do. If you bend it - obviously - be careful and use a pair of pliers or something to bend it back in a more precision and controlled manner. If you break it, you are looking at replacing it.

Is it the active on/off switch? Because that thing has twelve pins and would be a pain to replace. The phase and coilcut are basic dpdt switches with six pins.

It's the active on/off, I believe. It didn't work right anyway (acting as a kill switch), so I'm not 100% sure. I don't want to replace it but I don't think I have a steady enough hand to actually fix it.

Did it actually bend or did it loosen and rotate? That would put it out of line. It would take a fair amount of force to bend them.

You can "usually" bend them back with pliers. Be careful!

No it's definitely bent, it toggles in the same direction as the other switches but is now leaning in. Not sure if I'm brave enough to try and bend it back.
