Thank heaven he kept the original pickups. Note that they are the post-MMK45 kind with plastic frames. I'm not sure what these are, for all I know they could be MMK45's without markings, but I doubt it.

Otherwise, here you have the classic Electra Phoenix configuration, it's essentially an X140 with a modern two-post bridge. Great neck, all that stuff.

Plus, the hardcase by itself is easily worth $75, so that makes it a $125 guitar, like I say, it's a steal for someone who wants a good player.
