Gotta love this one. It looks very clean and awesome. It should be interesting to see what this one brings. Better be nice to your banker if you want this one I think $$$$$$$$$ These don't seem to show up much and not in this good a shape. Wish I could get her and the SG tree of life as a set. I will put them on my wish list along with the X910 and Howard Roberts model. Enjoy

30 yrs ago I used to stare up on the wall of the music store and wish I had the money to buy that one....................I,m still wishing.

Never saw one with a set neck before. The music store I hung out at had Electras with bolt-on necks only. I remember admiring a "Super Magnum" myself although the "Super Rock Jacaranda" is my all time favorite.

Think I know why though, they sold Gibson Les Pauls (the real thing) at stupid low prices back in the 70s - $450 (plus tax) would get you a brand new Les Paul Custom with deluxe Gibson hard-shell case out the door! Of course this was for a POS "Norlin" era LP.

I am guessing this Electra would go for the same price and therefore would not be sellable against a real LP!

Later in the late 70s and early 80s, Gibson started jacking the prices up sky-high which started to make these "Clones" much more attractive! That was about the time I decided to become a Fender man!

Jeez, but that's pretty!! You blokes realise how lucky you are to be where you are, right? - I see nothing like this over here!!!
