That huge route was a deal breaker in my book. Buyer is looking at probably $150 of parts to get it functional unless they happen to have 1) set of tuners 2) Bridge assembly 3) set of MMK45's 4) all the electronics needed 5) set of knobs. Final cost $250 plus the labor? Too steep for me.
