I am deeply blessed with a great wife indeed. She has put up with me for 26 yrs and all the moves we had in the military and all my deployments and always has been there for me. She never faultered even when I came home in pieces and did not know how I would end up. She is my best of the best and my Jewel in life. Only she would do what she did for my XMAS knowing that I had been searching for some time. Would have been nice to have had the surprise but oh well. She is the Best ever. :up:

That's really great;

My wife has always supported my musical efforts for the past 37 years;

Many years ago she surprised me when she bought a guitar for me while we were dating;

Twenty eight years later she presented me a Taylor acoustic which I played twice this past weekend;

I think I'll keep her - if she will just put up with me.

It good to see guys praising their wives rather than the usual ragging that you encounter. I too have a great wife. She got me an upright bass for my past birthday. I had wanted one for years but as I didn't know how to play one I could not justify the expense.

We can raise a glass to the ladies (or significant others as the case may be) who have been so suportive of our musical interests.

BTW It looks like a great axe.
