Notice the dark wood strip on the back of the non-SLM necks... and the Mod/Round E logo on this is streched taller than the old SLM logos....

I contacted the seller about the normal headstock sunburst with funky font logo. Apparently, it was owned by a young girl (Taylor Swift wannabe maybe) who, unfortunately, glued some rhinestones in the shape of a heart on the upper bout. Not sure what possible damage to the finish exists or may be caused upon removal. I thought since this one had a Rosewood board that it may be an earlier example. I know these Avengers are sometimes hard to call, but is this one actually from the 80's in this configuration?

notice how the relief cuts on the fishmouth strat are all blacked out.... this one likely has a plywood body :down:

...and yet another desirable Electra auction mysteriously disappears on eBay. The SLM was on the block for less than 24 hours. There should be some restrictions on ending an eBay auction early if there are valid bidders and no "Buy It Now".
