Seller is called "DIRT CHEAP" music?

The Power Overdrive and Phaser MPC modules were generally the stock ones sold with most MPC guitars so there are more of each of these out there than the others. They have gone for less and sometimes more just depends on how many bidders. I would make an offer and see what happens. The Power Overdrive modules that were modded by our own Thorny are by far better and can be identified by the clear see thru covers he used. They are rare as once you play one you do not want to give it up.

Does Thorny still mod these units?

Last I heard he still did but you can PM him to be certain. You must send him a working Power Overdrive in order for him to mod it.

I have 2 Thorny's and won't give up either. If you have a POD and Thorny is still modding, don't bother thinking about getting it done - just do it.
