Looks weird. Is it a very early/late model or something? Rebranded?

Also, I've been meaning to ask and this leads up to it nicely, were there ever any Electras made anywhere else besides the Matsumoku factory?

early 70's model. and yes, SLM Electras were made in many factories. Matsumoku, Terada, Fujigen, Kasuga, and probably others I can't think of at the moment....

That guitar looks a LOT like a Hondo, including that weird TRC......
