Will require some cleaning and TLC for certain and I would look close to make certain the neck has not warped or twisted beyond what the truss rod can fix. The binding has cracked from the expansion and contraction of the wood and finish and yes it looks like it was most likely stored in a non climate controlled area for some time. It would be some time but so long as the neck joint and electronics are good would be worth a shot as these are great players.
