Probably due to the remastering. A note on the disc puts that at 2004 as well. I will be digging into this shiny's history very deeply once I have it.

Bad news guys.

The CD got here but the trusty USPS mangled the package and the disc was cracked from centerhole to edge. The seller was very helpful in immediately refunding my paypal but it really didn't help much.

Sorry boys. I was really hoping to hear this thing.

Bummmmmmer. It's incredibly simple things like that that could be avoided with 2 extra seconds of work / packaging.

Now for some unexpected good news.

The seller ripped the tracks to his iTunes account and said he will burn me a copy and send it along free of charge.

Fingers crossed dudes... we may get there yet.

I suggested that but he felt he wanted me to get an actual disc. Hopefully in a sturdier package this time.

Just an update and a crosslink here, boys.

I decided to post a thread in the Technical Section over at Westone to disseminate information as I glean it from the CD. Some interesting stuff right off the bat with the initial listen is there already. Here's where to jump...
