The blurb is turning me off... this is the entry model to the Korean PE line-up... this thing doesn't cost 650 USD new... unless you are getting a second one for free. But then... 150 USD is imho OK for this guitar.

What gave it away as Korean?
Was it the bolt neck, the color..?

Yes, the three bolt neck is a Korean PE only feature. The graphics on the headstock was only other way to get this was on an upscale Matsumoku (PE-Supra etc.). Besides that, it's lacking the serial number on the headstock... and if you compare the headstock to an 80's PE, you will also see a difference in shape. The post spacing for the tailpiece is very uncomon for Matsumoku made PEs... as is the more Gibson like look for bridge and tailpiece.
