IT looks like an acoustic guitar, but it is archtop. IT is BEAUTIFUL. diamond mother of pearl inlays and the sides and back and headstock are quilted. The body has 6 layer intricate binding on the front and back. The sound hole is oval and is bound by 11 layer binding. The neck is bound, and it's really cool because the fretboard itself is bound, but on the fretboard itself as well as the sides.

The rope style bridge is gold plated as far as my research can tell me. The bookstyle headstock is bound as well. The neck is very thin and the fretboard is very dark wood, probably rosewood. It says "hand selected grain wood" on the certificate. It is absolutely beautifully crafted.

It's fairly heavy, and has perfect frets.

As for sound, it is bright. A little too bright for my tastes, and a bit thin if I use a pick. Then again, I am comparing to my Tacoma DR14, which is the best sounding acoustic guitar made right now. Seriously, if you are lucky enough to play one, compare it to Martin's and Taylors and high end Takamine. It blows them away.

But as far as looks, and craftsmanship. It is an amazing guitar.
