By the letter style of the Electra name on the headstock, it makes me think of a story I read online that there were 2 brothers who both had their own companies making Electra brand guitars, but the brother on the West Coast of USA used the script on the guitar in this listing (e.g. the line over the top of the "A").

The same lettering style was used on the SLM Electras too, check out the ~72 catalog:

I make this out to be a 2248wc. Probably not Matsumoku, although the makers of these early Electras is very uncertain.
