Wow, I'm amazed to see someone on Craigslist willing to ship. He's asking quite a lot, though.

That's got the same pickups as my Global.
I dunno, looks brand new but $650 seems a bit up there.
Although, appealing compared to a new ric....

yeah, $650 is about as high as I've seen the bolt ons.... usually can get those for $250-$400.
The neck throughs I used to have were $550 - $830.... and definitely had a better fit and finsih to them, with more "standard" parts...
