This lasted less than a day before it was picked up by someone. Came with original case too! Anyone here the lucky buyer?

Yeah, that was a bargain there. Not that I would ever encourage someone to chop up a guitar, but those Grover 'Bullseye' tuners go for like $200 a set and we've seen the molded rectangular cases go for over $100 by themselves. We're starting to see people part out Electras now. Maybe it's been going on for years, but I've just noticed a rash of these in the past year.

This practice has been frustrating Fender collectors for decades, and has led to wild stories and claims to the extent that every Fender you see you end up wondering how much is original and what isn't. It's obvious why sellers do it, they can make more parting out a guitar than selling it as a whole working guitar. It's still a shame. Anyway, I agree, somebody got a deal.
