Have no idea here, my insticts tell me it's not an Electra as stated in auction title though. Neck is totally wrong, wrong headstock shape, wrong un-sealed tuners, obviously lacking any logo on headstock.

Looks like professional letter screening on controls though, so someone spent some time putting it together. Yellowed binding and pickup covers, so it certainly looks old. Interesting observation is that I don't see any way to select the pickups..? Go crazy guys, I'm not interested!

Looks more like this Kent LP copy with on board effects:

Maybe this was Kent's initial effort for this model.

There were "brands" that had these type of guitar, including Univox as well as Cort (who are Korean). I have never encountered a known Electra, including PCM, that did not have Electra on the headstock.

This looks to be an older model Kay guitar. I have seen a few on the bay before.

All the above are true. Made by Kasuga I believe, branded Alamo or Cort or several other names. Sometimes mistaken for an MPC.

I had a newspaper clipping about Les Paul showing him holding one!!!

I saw one of those Explorer style ones. It had a Kramer neck and was modified to look like Eddie Van Halen's red/white/black striped "shark bite" Explorer.
