mvs13 is a common Electra seller/buyer.

it's an early version Longnecker Jazz copy

I actually sold this bass to him a few years ago. it was one I got in that someone had hacked up the original pickguard, and routing...and was in pieces

I basically put it back together with parts I had on hand at the time.
The pickguard is really aluminum diamond plate. I cut it in my garage and used a grinder to smooth the edges. it works :lol:
Where the neck inlays are missing, I just put in some rectangles of copper shielding tape to dress it up some. And like he says, the neck really does feel good...
